Recently, the Willis Candle Shop produced a project for Patten Properties featuring 105 wood wick candles in a beautiful 10 oz green frosted glass vessel with a bamboo lid. Each candle held 6.5 oz of a premium wax blend — 80% soy wax candles and 20% coconut wax candle — delivering an exceptional performance and fragrance throw.

You aren’t limited to what we have in stock. You dream it — we source it.

The Fragrance Selection Process

When sourcing fragrances, we typically purchase 1 oz test bottles from Wholesale Supplies Plus for about $10 to $12 each with shipping. This allows us to pour a test candle and make sure the fragrance is exactly what you’re looking for.

If it’s not? No big deal. We’ll order another. The cost is nominal — but worth it to make sure your candle is just right.

Transparent Pricing — No Guesswork

We charge a flat production fee per candle, depending on order size:

As an example, a recent candle order was produced at $13 per candle for production, and the sourcing of vessels, wax, fragrance, wicks, and labels came to less than $7 per candle. Bringing the total cost to under $20 per candle — including tax.

What About a Mock-Up Candle?

Want to test a candle before final production? We offer that too.

We’ll pour your sample for a flat $20 fee — shipping included. This covers sourcing another vessel, wax, wick, fragrance, and our time to create it.

Shipping Outside Houston? No Problem.

Local deliveries within the Houston area are included.

Shipping outside Houston will incur additional costs, including shipping charges and insurance for your order. But don’t worry — we’ll handle all logistics to make sure your candles arrive safely.

As always — nothing is purchased or finalized until you give us the green light to proceed.

How Long Will It Take?

Plan on about 21 days for a typical 100-candle order for local delivery. This includes:

• Sourcing vessels and materials
• Designing and approving your label (via Canva collaboration)
• Wicking every container
• Labeling every candle (produced by Wizard Labels)
• Pouring wax and fragrance
• Curing candles for 10 days minimum
• Packaging and preparing for shipping

Orders outside Houston will require additional shipping time.
